How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We ship all orders within 1 business day of purchase (Monday to Friday). If your order hasn't moved within that timeframe, please check your email; there may have been an issue with shipping that requires your attention.
If you need an invoice created or amended, ask the AI assistant to forward your case to a human agent, and someone from our Delivery & Payments team will take care of it.
Shipping options
We offer three shipping methods. Exact costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Economy Shipping — from €4.99 Delivered in 1–2 weeks via Tracked Post Service.
Standard Shipping — from €8.99 Delivered in 2–4 working days via DPD.
Express Shipping — €19.99 Delivered in 1–3 business days via DHL or FedEx.
Shipping restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, Sudan, and South Sudan.

Returns
